Enrolment
The following items must be turned in to the centre by the first day of enrolment
- Completed childcare enrolment forms
- Health History and Immunization Record
- Emergency Contact Information
- Copy of Signed Policy
- General Permission Form
- Deposit of $100 (as soon as start date is requested)
A child may be discharged from the centre for reasons such as, but are not limited to:
- Failure to pay fees on time
- Lack of parental communication/cooperation
- Inability of child care program to meet the needs of the child. I will consult with the parents concerning how any problems might be solved before ending the care agreement. The parent will be referred to other community resources if no solution can be reached.
I will give a two week written notice of my intent to discharge a child and try to inform parents of local resources that may be of help to them, except when the discharge is due to parent’s failure to keep current with fee payments.
Should a parent remove their child during a notice period that I have initiated, fees will be charged for the remaining unused days.
Parents must give a two week written notice of their intent to withdraw their child and those two weeks must be paid in advance whether their child will be in attendance or not.
